Spica Solutions was born out of many years in various sectors of the events industry and an idea for how a warehouse HVAC system could be adapted and used to great effect in temporary structures.
We partner with some of the largest and most innovative marquee companies as well as many of the most exclusive event management companies.
The end clients include prestige motor manufactures, famous industrialists and events sponsored and bearing the name of the Royal Family. Thus, much of our work is covered by NDA’s.

Our Team
Tony Kilby
CEO
Tony has a background in mechanical engineering and after 25 years of working in the creative side of the events industry saw an opportunity to bring his experience of HVAC supply in warehouses in the US and apply it to climate control of temporary structures and other event spaces.
Kay Lindars
Administration Manager
Kay finally stopped globetrotting as a chef in the yachting industry and settled back in the UK, spending some of her spare time working with Tony designing table centres for events. When he set up Spica Solutions in 2013, she put her creative side on the back burner and turned her hand to running the administration of the newly formed Spica Solutions.
Alistair Ward
Senior Engineer
Ali had been working on and off for Spica Solutions on a part time basis for since he was in his teens. His amazing can-do attitude, ability to learn and work ethic finally led to a full-time career with the company. Ali is our senior engineer and is fast becoming the face of Spica Solutions.
George Loizou
Heating Engineer
George is our newest recruit and is proving to be a keen and skilful heating engineer, who we hope will be with us to work alongside Ali for a very long time.
